Coach Chad's training program is amazing! Self defense, weapons defense, Jiu Jitsu, Jeet Kune Do, striking, kicking, with Gi and without, no matter how the attack comes, Coach Chad has an answer! Everyone is so respectful and the classes are so fun - I definitely recommend Sugar Land MMA as the place to learn martial arts.

I've been attending classes here for several months and it's been awesome. Chad and JT and the upper belts are great to work with. I just turned 40, have no prior MMA experience, and I look forward to class every week! If you're looking to stay in shape, learn practical self defense techniques, and rank up in the BJJ system, Sugar Land MMA is a great place. Definitely recommend!

My 10 year old has been going here for the last 12 months. AS A PARENT, BEST DECISION I EVER MADE FOR HIM. He is confident, disciplined and getting stronger. All credit to the Amazing Coaches (Coach Steven, Coach Laura)…under the close watchful eye of Professor Chad Kight. You want your kids to do great in school, life in general, let them be part of competitive sport and nothing like MMA. Teaches discipline, humility, camaraderie and care.
